These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of KOKORA Japan Consulting (“KOKORA”, “we”, “us”), a TC Group company. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
KOKORA provides destination management services in Japan, including leisure travel, fixed-departure and customised tours, language-study support and business-setup consulting. Itineraries, inclusions and prices shared with you are indicative until confirmed in writing.
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability of hotels, transport and services at the time of booking. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier rates, taxes or seasonal demand.
Cancellation charges apply based on how far in advance you cancel and the supplier policies for hotels, flights and services. Certain bookings may be non-refundable. The applicable cancellation policy will be shared with your booking confirmation.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visa and any required documents. We provide visa guidance and support but do not guarantee visa approval, which rests with the relevant authorities. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers and exercise reasonable care in selecting them. We are not liable for delays, losses or changes caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural events, transport disruptions, supplier default or government actions.
Travellers are expected to follow local laws, customs and the guidance of tour managers. We reserve the right to decline or end services for conduct that endangers others or breaches local regulations, without refund.
All content on this website — text, logos, images and design — belongs to KOKORA Japan Consulting or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
